DEPRESSION IS LIVING IN A BODY THAT FIGHTS TO SURVIVE WITH A MIND THAT TRIES TO DIE.


About 43% of Indians are facing depression. But when it comes to talking about it, everyone makes jokes or fun. Nowadays depression is one of the biggest problems in the world, and everyone is just running from it.

DEPRESSION is not only emotion it is more than emotion. It is a mood disorder that causes sadness and loss of interest. At present YOUTHS are mostly suffering from depression.


HOW TO KNOW YOU ARE DEPRESSED.


There are many causes of depression. If you are suffering from it then first you have to know what are their causes. 

physical or sexual abuse, failure, death loss, heartbreak, etc may be the causes. But recognizing the cause of depression is not a weakness. Always take professional help to overcome it. 

Many people take serious steps during depression, like taking drugs or thinking about suicide but depression is not only about suicide or drugs it's also about

~ spending all day in bed.

~ being emotional

~skipping work

~feeling hopeless

~overeating or not eating at all.

Having depressed is like being scared and tired at the same time. It's wanting friends but hates socializing. It's wanting to be alone but not wanting to be lonely. It's about being happy but feeling sad.


DEALING WITH DEPRESSION.


Dealing with depression is not tough. There are many natural ways to manage depression.

~ write down your feelings and try to deal with them.

~ learn how to love yourself.

~ listen to your favorite songs.

~watch something that inspires you.

~ eat nutritious food and drink lots of water.

~ make sleep a priority.

~spend time with positive people.

~ do what you love more.

If someone making fun or joke of you mental illness ignore it, they are not going to help you.


DON'T BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE YOURSELF.

YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO FACE IT ALL. REMIND YOURSELF OF WHAT YOU'VE BEEN ABLE TO OVERCOME. YOU ARE MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU THINK.
